This is a site that aims to explain and demonstrate as simply as possible the role our emotions play in the on-set and maintenance of the illnesses, ailments, conditions and dis-eases that can befall any one of us at any time.

Through the Health Detective facility you will be able to uncover what role, if any, unresolved negative emotions, stresses, traumas or conflicts may be playing in the on-set and maintenance of any physical health challenge you may be experiencing.

Because Moativational Medicine™ is a model it will always be evolving; I invite you to join the community if you are keen to be kept informed of developments as the information here expands.

Through the distillation and expansion of what I have learnt during my current total of twenty-six years as a personal coach, advisor, practitioner, consultant and therapist, the facility represents a Harvard-Medical-School-validated and practical insight into one of the most researched fields of medicine in recent decades, that of the mind-body connection.

This is a fast-emerging field of health, one which I suspect will become more and more significant in our pursuit to understand why we get ill and, just as importantly, how we can heal ourselves. It is, in my opinion, an harmonious ally to any traditional, complementary or alternative approach you may currently adopt.
